Vienna-based Iranian Oud player & Vocalist Avin Ahmadi, born in 2004, trained at Tehran’s music conservatory and is now pursuing Jazz Improvisation at Anton Bruckner University.
With a strong foundation in Persian music, Avin’s performances blend diverse influences, including jazz and Middle Eastern styles, rhythms, and languages.
Known for her solo and collaborative work, Avin brings an emotive, narrative approach to each performance, sharing a vivid, cross-cultural musical journey with her audiences.
She expresses her deepest emotions, thoughts, and experiences through her creative process; inviting listeners on a profound and transformative journey through the power of her music.
